Privacy
This site exists to tell you about the show and to let you ask about booking it. Here is what that involves.
What we collect
When you send a booking request, we receive what you type into the form: your name, email address, phone number, event city and state, event type, and, if you include them, your company or organization, event date, and message. We also record which button you used to open the form, the date and time, your IP address, your country, your browser's user agent string, and the page you came from.
Browsing the site without sending the form collects nothing beyond the standard server logs kept by our hosting provider.
How it is used
Your request is stored so we can follow up with you, and it is emailed to our booking manager. You receive one automatic confirmation email. We use your details only to respond to your inquiry and arrange a show. We do not sell them, share them for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.
Who handles it
- Cloudflare hosts the site, stores submissions, and provides the Turnstile check that keeps automated spam out of the form.
- ZeptoMail (Zoho) delivers the notification and confirmation emails.
- Facebook and Instagram are linked from the footer. Those links take you to their sites, which have their own policies.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and runs no analytics. The Turnstile check may store a short-lived value in your browser to remember that you passed it.
Your choices
If you would like a copy of what you sent us, a correction, or to have it deleted, email Elizabeth Renard at [email protected] and we will take care of it.
